Speaker 1

Dr Mary Ruwart

Dr. Mary J. Ruwart is a research scientist, ethicist, and a libertarian author/activist. She received her B.S. in biochemistry in 1970 and her Ph.D. in Biophysics in 1974 (both from Michigan State University). She subsequently joined the Department of Surgery at St. Louis University and left her Assistant Professorship there to accept a position with The Upjohn Company of Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1976. As a senior research scientist, Dr. Ruwart was involved in developing new therapies for a variety of diseases, including liver cirrhosis and AIDS.

Jordan Page

Jordan Page has been melting faces for freedom since 2007 and was a staple of the Ron Paul R3VOLution. He continues to write and publish songs about real world issues and people whose stories need to be told. He has publicly supported and done music campaigns for political prisoners, most recently Ross Ulbricht and Schaeffer Cox, both of whom have been released from prison. Jordan is a Christian, a husband, a father of 7, a singer/songwriter, an entrepreneur, a blockchain evangelist, a farmer, a filmmaker, and children's book author.

Scott Horton

Scott Horton is director of the Libertarian Institute, editorial director of Antiwar.com, host of the Scott Horton Show and co-host of Provoked with historian Darryl Cooper. He is the author of four books. He has conducted more than 6,000 interviews since 2003. Scott’s articles have appeared at Antiwar.com, The American Conservative magazine, the History News Network, The Future of Freedom, The National Interest, the Orange County Register and the Christian Science Monitor. Scott lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Larisa Alexandrovna Horton.

Corey DeAngelis

Corey DeAngelis is a senior fellow at the American Culture Project and a visiting fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research. He has been labeled the “school choice evangelist” and called “the most effective school choice advocate since Milton Friedman.” He is a regular on Fox News and frequently appears in The Wall Street Journal. DeAngelis is also the executive director at Educational Freedom Institute, a senior advisor at Americans for Fair Treatment, a senior fellow at Reason Foundation, an adjunct scholar at Cato Institute, a board member at Liberty Justice Center, and a senior advisor at Accuracy in Media. He holds a Ph.D. in education policy from the University of Arkansas. He is the national bestselling author of The Parent Revolution: Rescuing Your Kids from the Radicals Ruining Our Schools (Center Street, 2024).

Derrick Broze

Derrick Broze is an independent investigative journalist, author, documentary filmmaker, and Agorist activist since 2010. His libertarian awakening began with Ron Paul and then Samuel E. Konkin III. He is the founder of multimedia site, The Conscious Resistance Network, and co-founder of The Freedom Cell Network. Broze is the author of The Conscious Resistance Trilogy, How to Opt Out of the Technocratic State, and his new memoir, A Man of My Word: How I Overcame Addiction, Depression, and Mental & Physical Prisons. He ran for Mayor of Houston in 2019 and 2023 with the endorsement of the Harris County Libertarian Party.
